PURPOSE:To reduce relative position between a fan and casing by furnishing a cross-flow fan, installed behind the radiator, with a fan driving fan at that end of cross-flow fan which is situated near the shaft and thereby preventing transmission of engine vibration to the fan. CONSTITUTION:A radiator 5 is fixed in the nose portion 1 of a car body ahead the engine 2, and a cross-flow fan 4 is installed behind the engine 2. The cross- flow fan 4 is rotated in the (a) direction round the axis O, being operated by a DC motor 11 in connection with one of the ends of this cross-flow fan 4. A casing K composed of an upper part 60, a lower part 70 and sides 61, 62 is mounted over and under said cross-flow fan 4, which thereby is isolated from engine vibration and receives the vibration of the car body along with the casing K. |
