PURPOSE:To improve visibility and controllability for driver by so mounting an audio apparatus as to be free in rotation, which is to be provided at an in-pane part in front of the driver's seat, on the in-pane part so that its control face may be opposed to the driver's seat side. CONSTITUTION:This audio apparatus 3 mounted on vehicle shall be mounted freely in rotation at the entrance part, on the driver's seat side, of an insertion hole 4 provided at an in-pane part 2 through a mounting part 5. Further a lock mechanism (omitted from the figure) is provided so that this audio apparatus 3 may be locked in such a position that the control face 3a is inclined to the surface of the in-pane part 2 and directed toward the seat side of a driver seating on a driver's seat. Hereby the driver becomes possible to look at the control panel 3a straight from the front, thus the visibility and controllability are improved.
