PURPOSE:To automatically cut weeds, etc., wound once, by engaging the edge of a cylindrical dust cover with the interior of a circumferential groove attached to a final shaft holder and extending from the outer periphery of the holder a cut dent part reaching the circumferential groove. CONSTITUTION:The edge of a cylindrical dust cover 3 is engaged with the interior of a circumferential groove 5a attached to a final shaft holder 5. A cut dent part reaching the circumferential groove 5a is extended from the outer periphery of the final shaft holder 5. Weeds wound once are cut between the cut dent part constituted in the final shaft holder 5 and the dust cover 3.
