PURPOSE:To enable the formation of a resistor which allows a wide range of adjustment and enables fine adjustment, by a construction wherein a resistor so formed as to cut a part of a circuit and used for coarse adjustment is combined with a resistor anodized for fine adjustment of a resistance value. CONSTITUTION:A first resistor formed of resistor pieces 2a and 2b connected to a conductor pattern 1 and an anodic oxidation resistor 3 to be a second resistor being anodizable are formed on an insulating film. Coarse adjustment of a resistance value can be realized by cutting the resistor pieces 2a and 2b, while fine adjustment can be realized by the resistor 3. This enables the realization of a load cell of high precision and high stability.
