PURPOSE:To simply and highly efficiently input data by respectively encoding the name, the specification and the unit of using chemicals according to an individual rule, operating the keys of an arrangement according to the individual rule of the specification and the unit and inputting. CONSTITUTION:The names of the using chemicals, the specification of the chemicals stored in a pharmaceutical reference and the unit indicating the type of the chemicals such as a tablet, a tube, a vial in the pharmaceutical reference are respectively encoded according to the individual encoding rule. For instance, a CBM injection 10ml/tube is encoded to 'Shi-HiTaRi' (square form of Japanese syllabary) or the like. The respective key arrangements of the specification and the unit according to the respective encoding rules are separately set on a keyboard and they are key inputted by bonding a label for every key or the like and viewing the label. According to this method, a simple and highly efficient key input can be executed. |
