Then the content of the text file section 26 is sent to the end of the text file section 13 in the computer system 1 in the lump and the text file name is sent to an index memory section 121. Since the content of communication based on one transmission instruction is displayed in the lump without missing correctly, the transmission status to the transmission instruction is suitably grasped.
