摘要 PURPOSE:To improve critical temp. and workability of a superconductive material by injecting O2 or O ion into an alloy contg. each one kind of element alpha, beta of each specified group of the periodic table and >=one kind of element gamma of another specified group of the periodic table. CONSTITUTION:An alloy 2 contg. a kind of element alpha of the group IIa and IIIa of the periodic group, a kind of element beta including the alpha of the group IIa and IIIa of the periodic table, and >=one kind of element gamma of the group Ib, IIb, IIIb, IVa, and VIIIa of the periodic table, is prepd. For example, a chamber 1 contg. the alloy 2 and the inside of an ion source are evacuated, then, after introducing gaseous Ar and gaseous O2 until the partial pressures attain to specified values into said chamber 1 and introducing gaseous O2 into said ion source, high frequency electric power is applied to a coil 3 of the ion source and an accelerated voltage is impressed to an out-going electrode. Then, the alloy 2 is irradiated with O ions to oxidize the alloy, forming thus an oxide superconductor. By this method is critical current is improved because the crystal structure of the oxide and the oxygen defect are improved to ideal state. Moreover, a superconductor circuit is formed by oxidizing only necessary part of the alloy, or a part of a bulk alloy is transformed to a superconductor and worked thereafter.
