PURPOSE:To easily bond a polarizing plate at a correct position by providing a holding part for positioning the polarizing plate centering an optical axis in a polarizing plate frame and a form limited by a polarizing plate frame holder so as to slightly rotate centering the optical axis in a plane vertical to the optical axis and so as not to move in the plane except a rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:Respective formes are worked by shooting the polarizing plate 1 to the polarizing plate holding part of the polarizing plate frame 2 so as to position centering the optical axis and the polarizing plate frame holder 3 has the circular polarizing plate frame holding part, the polarizing plate frame can slightly rotate centering the optical axis in the plane vertical to the optical axis while contacting this holding part and has the form moving only in the rotating direction. Thereby, the polarizing plate as an analyzer can be easily bonded to the correct position and a fine adjustment by seeing an output signal can be easily performed.
