Apparatus for proving, in reality, the Newton law which explains the moment of inertia. The apparatus is comprised of a permanent magnet (1) which is shaped like a disk, and fixed at the bottom of the apparatus. Facing the upper surface of such magnet, there is provided another magnet (2) which is secured in the middle of a ring (3), by means of the wheel (4). Therefore, the circular body which faces the lower permanent magnet represents in fact a single independent wheel. The ring (3) which crowns such wheel (4) is also an independent magnet which faces a fourth permanent magnet (6) configured like a hollow cylinder. A fifth permanent magnet (20) is secured to the middle of the cover (8) and faces a disk (21) fixed to the upper surface of the wheel (4). All the other poles facing each other have a similar polarity. The apparatus is fixed inside a circular casing (7) wherein a vacuum has been applied. A motor is provided to rotate the wheel (5) at a sufficiently high speed.
