PURPOSE:To mechanize the winding operation of a tape by installing an arm on which a tape reel and a tape pressure-contact roller are installed on a driving wheel via a bearing, supporting a wire harness with a bracket installed on a fixed board, and rotating the driving wheel. CONSTITUTION:A wire harness 8 is made pass through the hole of a fixed board 3 and held between supporting brackets 4, and is subjected to some degree of tension by a spring 10. And, a tape is wound by hand for several centimeters from a machining starting position and, then, the tape is mounted on the tape reel 6 installed on an arm 2. Also, a tape pressure-contact roller 9 is installed on the arm 2. This arm 2 is fixed to a driving wheel 1 via a bearing. And, as the driving wheel 1 is rotated, the wire harness 8 is moved at a constant speed while the arm 2 is also rotated around the wire harness 8 due to the rotation of the driving wheel 1 and the tape is brought into pressure contact with, while being wound around, the wire harness 8. Accordingly, tie device can be mechanized improving winding speed while making a winding pitch constant. |
