Such a spacer consists of a wheel 1 fitted with a "Front" element 40 fitted at its bottom with ballast 41 and a deflector 80, and at its top with a fin 42. With this wheel 1 there interacts supporter 70, for example in the form of a hollow sphere pierced with orifices 75, placed in front of the plane of the wheel 1 and behind the assembly, considered in the direction of advance of the trawl.
