PURPOSE:To attain the protection of flexible records by switching the record protection mode automatically depending on the elapsed period or the number of time of updating or the like after the input of the record. CONSTITUTION:A record protection control section has a record protection information setting means setting the record protection information in response to the preset cause of switching, a record protection information storage means storing record protection information, a record protection information switching means switching the record protection information automatically and a record revision propriety discrimination means discriminating whether or not the record revision is enabled based on the record protection information. Since the record protection information is switched automatically in response to the elapsed time after the addition of novel records or the number of times of updating, the possibility of updating is provided on a novel data soon after the addition. Moreover, as to the old data having less possibility of data updating, it is possible to prevent the updating and the changeover in the operation for the execution of the processing above is not required. |
