<p>PURPOSE:To re-arrange cargoes in a specified order in a short time, by a method wherein, in the title device for delivery in a warehouse, a plurality of residence parts are situated in juxtaposition along a conveyor line, a cargo is transferred to the residence part once, and the cargo is returned to a line so that it meets a feed order. CONSTITUTION:Propriety of arrangement of a set of cargoes on a buffer 20 is decided, and when the re-arrangement is needed, the stop position of the cargo is determined and the cargo is conveyed to the stop position. When a cargo is, for example, C, the cargo is conveyed to a second position. Thereafter, the cargo C is lifted by means of a lifter 33, and when a next cargo is A, the cargo is conveyed over the second cargo to a first position 31A. Similarly, a cargo in a following order is lifted by the lifter 33 until the cargoes are arranged in specified order. In this case, since a conveyor 31B is common to the second and the third, the second is lifted and waited until the third is moved to a position. A conveyor 31C is worked in a similar manner described above in relation to the fourth and the fifth. As noted above, a cargo waiting for the order is waited outside a line, and this constitution enables facilitation of re-arrangement of the cargoes.</p> |
