PURPOSE:To hide the color development of a magnetic recording layer, to enable printing of visible information and to increase quantity of recording information by providing a thermosensitive recording layer on one side of raw paper and providing an aluminum-coated layer and pigment-coated layer on the surface of the magnetic recording layer of the other face. CONSTITUTION:The stripe-shaped magnetic recording layer is provided on one face of the raw paper and a water-base aluminum coating compd. essentially consisting of aluminum powder and adhesive agent is coated on the surface of said layer. The pigment-coated layer essentially consisting of a pigment and adhesive agent is provided on this layer, by which the hiding property and smoothness are improved and the printing on the surface of the recording layer is enabled. On the other hand, the thermosensitive recording layer coated with a thermosensitive coating compd. essentially consisting of a colorable leuco dye, color developer which causes the dye to color when heated and an adhesive agent is provided on the other face of the raw paper, by which the thermosensitive magnetic recording paper is obtd. The color development of the magnetic recording layer is thereby hidden and the printing of the visible information is enabled; in addition, the quantity of the recording information is increased. |
