PURPOSE:To obtain the titled beverage having refreshing acid taste with slight bitterness without any foaming properties, by dissolving a very small quantity of gaseous carbon dioxide in a beverage liquid, such as fruit juice beverage or sports drink, filling the beverage in a container and hermetically sealing the container. CONSTITUTION:Gaseous carbon dioxide in 0.1-1.5 gas volume is blown and dissolved in a beverage liquid, such as orange juice, apple juice, sports drink or oolong tea, by a gas-liquid mixer, etc., and the resultant beverage is filled in a container, such as metallic can or plastic container, and hermetically sealed to readily afford the aimed beverage. |
