The device is made up of a cage 1 of C-shaped section, of a locking plate 2 having, on one side, two stops 13, 14 coming to bear on one end 25 of the cage and, on the other side, a tab 15, of a nut 3 whose base 20 has two stops 21, 22 coming to bear on the other end 26 of the cage and on the same side a notch 23.
