Device consisting of two vessels, one being a heating vessel 2 and the other being a refrigerating vessel 3 of semi-cylindrical shape. The products, once cooked in the vessel 2, are tipped into the vessel 3 in order to be refrigerated therein, and, once refrigerated, they are tipped into containers. Since the tipping operation is performed by raising and tilting the vessels which rotate by pivoting about a pivot-hinge 4 and 18 by means of a gear motor 5 and 19. A pouring spout 6 and 20 facilitating the flowing of the products. Each vessel is equipped with a whisk (beater)-mixer-scraper 7 and 15 having, at its end, an articulated spatula (tip) 8 and 16 for mixing and preventing the products from becoming attached to the vessel. Applications: cooking, reheating and refrigeration of foods, products, cooked dishes, etc. <IMAGE>
