PURPOSE:To expand the direction in which the titled probe can be used by the same measuring force, and also, to reduce the variance of the measuring force caused by a different direction, by forming a double heap by dividing six pieces of supporting points into three pieces each. CONSTITUTION:A touch signal probe is constituted of a probe case, an intermediate holding body 20, a holder 30, a contact 40 and an energizing means 50, and provided with a signal generating means 60 of a supporting point opening/ closing type. Each lower stage detaining rod 26-28 is engaged between pins 16A, 16B, 17A, 17B, 18A and 18B provided on the lower stage 14 and the intermediate holding body 20 is placed on the lower plate 14, and moreover, each upper stage detaining rod 33-35 is engaged between pins 23A, 23B, 24A, 24B, 25A and 25B, and also, the holder 30 is placed on the intermediate holding body 20 so that the contact 40 passes through the intermediate holding body 20 and the lower plate 14, and thereafter, the holder 30 is energized in the lower direction with a compression spring 51.
