In such a way, at the time of the recording operation, the fan motor 21 is rotated at a high speed, the ozone from a charger is discharged efficiently to the outside by the fan motor 21 provided in the dust 17, ozone is not stagnant in the charger part and the recording body is not fatigued, and image processing of high quality is executed.
