<p>PURPOSE:To effectively transfer an image on an image carrier to a prescribed position of a material to be tranferred without blotting by providing the titled device with a means for pressing the material to be transferred to the image carrier. CONSTITUTION:The device for carrying the material to be transferred to be image carrier along a guide body and transferring an image on the image carrier to the material to be transferred is provided with the pressing means 24 for pressing the transferred material guided by the guide body 5 to the image carrier 11. When a paper P is inserted between upper and lower guide plates 22, 23, the paper P is pushed up by an elastic sheet 24, pressed against the surface of a photosensitive drum 11 and carried to the side of a transfer charger 15 by the rotation of the drum 11. Consequently, the image on the drum 11 is effectively transferred to the prescribed position of the paper without blotting.</p> |
