PURPOSE:To form a picture of a desired color by mounting a filter in a replaceable way with respect to a color sensing means so as to detect selectively the color of an original picture depending on the application of the user. CONSTITUTION:A lens 46 and s CCD 44 sensing reflected light from the original are provided on the same optical axis in the inside of a lens holder 45 and turnable filter holder 48 is fitted to a fixed shaft 47. A hole 57 is formed to the filter holder 48 capable of being turned freely and a guide member 55 is fitted to both sides of the said hole 57 and a filter unit 50 is loaded/unloaded in the direction of the arrow along the guide member 58. Thus, the filter unit is easily replaced with other filter unit of other color.
