PURPOSE:To detect a peak voltage of a knock sensor with high accuracy by fetching a holding peak voltage to a control unit, whenever a peak voltage outputted from the knock sensor is updated. CONSTITUTION:An output of a knock sensor 12 is sent to a hand pass filter 41 of a knocking detector 40, and only a high frequency component is inputted to an amplifier 42. An output signal of the amplifier 42 passes through agate 43 which is opened for a prescribed period by a prescribed timing, inputted to a comparator 44, and also, passes through a diode 45 and is held in a capacitor 46. This peak voltage passes through an amplifier 47, is inputted to the comparator 44, and when the output of the knock sensor 12 is larger at each time point of a detecting section, an interrupting signal for updating the peak voltage is outputted to a computer unit 23, and an output of the amplifier 47 is inputted to the component unit, and stored. |
