PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of crack and cut on a chemical plating layer hardened by the heat treatment, by carrying out the electroplating to a thin depth of 2mum or so onto the chemical plating. CONSTITUTION:A nickel electroplating layer 7 is applied onto four electrodeposition layers 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the prior art which are formed for fixing abrasive grains 6 onto a basic material 1, and five layers are formed. Therefore, the stress which generates crack and cut on the nickel-phosphorus nonelectroplating layer is improved by 8-9 times in comparison with that of the four layer electrodeposition of conventional practice.
