PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic circuit which is small in its cost and high in reliability of its folded part, by using conductor foil parts to form circuit wirings on substrates for the connection of electronic parts and superposing the substrates and sticking/fixing their rears to each other and using a folded insulating film to couple edge parts of the insulating substrates with each other and sticking/holding the conductor foil parts, which are put across the insulating substrates, on the insulating film. CONSTITUTION:First and second insulating substrates 11, 11 are disposed to form circuit wirings on their surfaces for the connection of electronic parts 13 by the use of conductor foil 12, and they are superposed to stick/fix their rears, and further a folded insulating film 15 is used to couple edge parts of the insulating substrates 11, 11 with each other. In succession, the conductor foil parts 12 put across said first and second insulating substrates 11, 11 are stuck and held on said insulating film 15. Accordingly, the amount in use of the insulating film 15 and a required heat- resisting temperature can be lowered without deterioration in stability of the conductor foil parts put across the insulating substrates 11. An electronic circuit device, which is small in its cost and excellent in its productivity and high in reliability of its folded part, can be hence obtained.
