PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature at a surface of an outer enclosure from being increased and eliminate a danger of fire burn or a fire and the like by a method wherein the outer enclosure is formed by a synthetic resin into a hollow structure having three layers and a thermal insulation material is filled into the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:An interior of a cooking cabinet 11 is heated by a heater 12 and an inner cabinet 13 is heated up to a reasonable high temperature. There is a certain space between the inner cabinet 13 and the outer chest 19 and further the outer chest 19 is a structure having three layers of a rear case 22, a hollow layer 21 having water sealed therein and a front case 20. Hot heat in the inner cabinet 13 is thermally and efficiently insulated. Since the outer chest 19 joined with the inner cabinet 13 through a thermal insulating packing 23 or a thermal insulating spacer 24, a thermal conducted heat from the inner cabinet 13 is also thermally insulated so as to afford more efficient thermal insulation effect and a thermal melting of the outer enclosure 19 can also be prevented. In particular, since a hollow layer 21 is arranged at the intermediate layer of the outer chest 19 and water is filled into the layer, the temperature at the surface of the front case 20 is not increased during a normal use of the appliance and danger of fire burn or fire can be surely prevented.
