PURPOSE:To obtain the titled reducing agent for concrete spraying containing ethylene-vinyl acetate-unsaturated carboxylic acid-acrylate copolymer emulsion, having large dust- and rebound-reducing effect, having no bad influence to accelerating effect of accelerating agent and capable of readily treating. CONSTITUTION:The aimed reducing agent containing ethylene-vinyl acetate- unsaturated carboxylic acid-acrylate copolymer emulsion. Acrylic acid is normally used as the above-mentioned unsaturated carboxylic acid. The content of the unsaturated carboxylic acid in the copolymer is preferably 0.1-5wt.%. Ethyl acrylate or butyl acrylate is normally used as the acrylate. The acrylate content in the copolymer is preferably 5-60wt.%. The ethylene content is preferably 4-40wt.%. High polymer protecting colloid such as polyvinyl alcohol or hydroxyethyl cellulose is preferably used as a emulsifying agent of emulsion.
