PURPOSE:To minimize variance of the amount of stuck chemical liquid even when the amount discharged through a nozzle is changed with time by the change of pressure and resistance of the discharged liquid and to uniformize the coated amount by extensively spreading chemical liquid which is discharged through the nozzle and stuck on an adhesive surface with a vibrating reed on the adhesive surface. CONSTITUTION:While discharging chemical liquid through the tips of nozzles 2 wherein the tips are lightly brought into contact with the adhesive surface of an adhesive sheet 1 or held just before the contact therewith, the adhesive sheet 1 or the nozzles 2 are moved in the prescribed direction to stick chemical liquid (a) on the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 1. Then while vibrating the vibrating reeds 3 held with a holder 32 in such a state that these touch the chemical liquid (a) stuck on this adhesive sheet 1 in the direction crossing to the prescribed direction, this adhesive sheet 1 or the vibrating reeds 3 are moved to uniformly spread the stuck chemical liquid (a) on the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 1.
