VANE TYPE COMPRESSOR WITH FLUID PRESSURE BLASED VANES

A vane compressor comprises a cam ring with a delivery port, an operation chamber having a pair of side plates formed by front and rear plates fixed to the sides of the cam ring, a rotor which is able to rotate by a pair of side plates and is arranged in the chamber. The rotor has many vanes to be designed to move outwardly and inwardly in the vane grooves. The compressor also containes a pressure chamber outside the operating chamber. The pressure chamber is connected with the delivery port to contain lubricant under almost the same pressure.
