PURPOSE:To know what day abnormal data is sent and how many daily data are sent a day with the abnormal data by looking at history data by counting the time by a timer means, adding time data to the abnormal data by a history means, and recording the history of the daily data by a daily history means. CONSTITUTION:The states of respective histories are inputted to the monitoring means 2 of a monitoring device and the abnormal data is given its facility data and received by a receiver and transmitter 8 by a telephone line through a line control means 3, a transmitting means 4, etc. A code corresponding to whether or not reception is possible and the time data from the timer means 6 which counts 24 hours in every minute are added to the sent data and the resulting data is stored in the history means 5. The means 6, on the other hand, clock 24 hours and is reset and the history of the daily data is stored in the daily history means 7. Consequently, what time the abnormal data is sent and how many daily data are sent are known by looking at the history data.
