<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability in a cavity by rotating an extruder to set a crosshead in an arbitrary height from a floor face. CONSTITUTION:An extruder 3 is rotated downward with respect to a joint near a floor face, and a crosshead 9 is matched to the molding resin inlet 10a of an extrusion metal mold 2a. The inlet 10a is connected by a resin transport tube 12a with heating means to the crosshead 9. The mold 2a and the extruder 3 are preheated, resin is supplied from a resin supply hopper 6 and extrusion molded. In case of a CV cable disposed at an upper stage, the extruder 3 is rotated upward, the crosshead 9 is matched to a molding resin inlet 10b of an extrusion metal mold 2b for an upper stage joint, a resin transport tube 12b with heating means is connected thereto to extrude the resin. Further, in case of a CV cable of intermediate stage, the extruder 3 is rotated at 90 deg. to be disposed in parallel with an extrusion metal mold 2c, and connected with a resin transport tube 12c with heating means. Thus, the extruder is disposed in a narrow road to obtain preferable operability.</p> |
