摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a heat exchanger capable of enhancing a cooling effect and capable of suppressing a pressure loss and dew condensation by a method wherein a cooling plate is installed over a considerably wide area along a laser gas flow and a pipe for coolant use is installed at the cooling plate in such a way that the pipe closely adheres to the cooling plate. CONSTITUTION:A laser gas is made to flow by using a blower 3. Because this laser gas flow flows smoothly along a guide 5 and a cooling plate 11 inside a laser housing 1 and flows along the cooling plate 11 which is cooled efficiently by means of a pipe 12 for coolant use, it is cooled efficiently. In addition, because an obstacle such as the pipe for coolant use or the like does not exist in a flow route of the laser gas flow, it is possible to increase a flow rate. Water or a coolant whose cooling effect is bigger than water flows and circulates through the pipe for coolant use or is filled in the pipe. The coolant inside the pipe for coolant use is discharged from this laser oscillator and its heat is radiated.
