PURPOSE:To speed up the operation of the titled voltage converting circuit by providing a release operation circuit and a short-circuit operation circuit by function as a circuit controlling a 1st short-circuit switching circuit short- circuiting or releasing a 1st gate driving voltage for a 1st output transistor(TR) connected to a power supply potential side. CONSTITUTION:The 1st short-circuit switching circuit 30 is operated via a release operation circuit 60 and a short-circuit operating circuit 50 in response to a logic value of a digital signal and the 2nd short-circuit switch circuit 40 is operated directly in response to the logic value of the digital signal so as to apply alternate switching to the 1st and 2nd output TRs 11, 12. Thus, the operating circuit to the 1st short-circuit switching circuit 30 is provided separately as a function such as the release operation circuit 60 and the short-circuit operation circuit 50, then the operation speed of each circuit, that is, the on- speed and off-operation of the voltage conversion circuit are quickened independently to improve the voltage conversion operating speed.
