PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in falling weight impact strength, chemical resistance and appearance, by incorporating thermoplastic resin selected from polycarbonate, etc. with each specific amount of styrene resin and specific three-component copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of (A) 10-90pts.wt. of at least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from polycarbonate and saturated polyesters (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate) and (B) 90-10pts.wt. of a styrene resin with (C) 0.5-200pts.wt. of a three- component copolymer from C1: 50-98.5(pref. 55-96)wt.% of an olefin (e.g. ethylene, propylene), C2: 0.5-10(pref. 1-8)wt.% of an unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride (e.g., maleic anhydride) and C3: 1-40(pref. 3-37)wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic alkyl ester (e.g., ethyl acrylate).
