The temperature sensing part (100) is connected to the temperature processing circuit (200) which generates an output waveform corresponding to the temperature. The output of the temperature processing circuit (200) is connected to the checking circuit (300) which checks whether the temprature in the main axis bearing part is the reference value or not. The output of the controller (400) is connected to the main controller (600), refrigeration device (1500) and the driving circuit of the motor.
