Arrangement of throttle valves in the intake pipe of an internal combustion engine

For controlling the power output of an internal combustion engine two throttle valves controlled independently of one another are provided, one of which is randomly actuatable and the other of which is electronically controlled. In order to be able to arrange the throttle valves saving as much space as possible, a concentric arrangement of the swivel axes of both throttle valves is proposed.
