摘要 The invention concerns a prestressed-concrete pressure vessel that is lined on the inside with a metallic leaktight membrane and has several penetrations, in each of which a penetration liner tube is located. On the concrete side, cooling tubes are welded onto the penetration liner tubes and the leaktight membrane. In order to prevent a pressure build-up (e.g. through steam) behind the leaktight membrane without much extra work and complexity, the gaps between the two weld seams arising naturally when the cooling tubes are welded onto the leaktight membrane and the penetration liner tubes are used as relief channels. The relief channels are linked to their surroundings by inlet openings, preferably by short breaks in the weld seams. Furthermore, they are connected - directly or indirectly - to escape channels running to the outer surface of the prestressed-concrete pressure vessel.
