PURPOSE:To prevent an unexpected accident from occurring by slowing down the speed of a vehicle which travels toward a bridge stepwise according to the current speed when earthquake intensity of a wind speed is larger than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:When earthquake motion is sensed and its intensity is larger than a predetermined value, or when the air speed is larger than a specific value, a sensor 3 or air speedometer 5 supplies a sense signal to a controller 4. Consequently, the controller 4 outputs a control signal 10 to make a display on a display device 20, and then controls 1st and 2nd indicators 7 and 8 according to the output of a speed detector S. Namely, the speed indication of the indicator 7 is set to, for example, 20Kn/h with the control signal 10 and the speed indication of the 2nd indicator 8 is set to, for example, 30Kn/h; and the speed of the traveling speed is slowed down stepwise in front of the bridge and the vehicle is made to travels at a low speed.
