PURPOSE:To maintain the driving resistance of a reaction cell to the minimum, and also, to maintain a flow of a constant temperature fluid in a constant state, and to equalize a reaction temperature of an inspection body, by arranging wipers provided in a reaction tank at an appropriate interval without collecting them in one part. CONSTITUTION:On the inside of a reaction tank 1 in which constant temperature water is circulating, a chain 3 which has been wound around two sprockets 4 is provided, and through a supporting body 5 which has been attached to its separated link, a reaction cell 6 of a direct photometric type is arranged. The reaction cell 5 circulates in the reaction tank 1 as the sprocket 4 is rotated by a rotary mechanism of the outside. In the bottom part of the reaction tank 1, wiper 7 for wiping away contamination of the reaction cell 6 is placed at an appropriate interval along the moving direction of the reaction cell 6. By placing the wiper 7 in such a way, when the reaction cell 6 passes through the wiper 7 it becomes the minimum driving resistance, and the constant temperature water can pass through smoothly between the reaction cell 6 and the wiper 7.
