PURPOSE:To quickly and exactly execute positioning in accordance with a kind of a lead frame, by replacing an attracting jig plate provided on an attracting and fixing part of the lead frame, in accordance with the kind of the lead frame. CONSTITUTION:A fixing base 502 is fixed onto a fitting block 501, and on the upper face of the fixing base, a recessed groove for constituting a closed loop is formed, and a part of O-ring 503a, 503b is fitted into this recessed groove. Also, a guide pin 506 is fixed onto the fixing base 502, and fitted so that a lever 508 can rotate freely within a range of 90 deg. centering around a pin 507. On a free end of the lever 508, a male screw part is provided, and a knob 509 is screwed in. In such a way, by detaching the lever 508, the fixing base 502 and a jig 504 can be separated immediately. In the jig 504, plural holes 505 for attraction are formed.
