PURPOSE:To set a reference current for executing a comparison by only replacing a reference object to be measured, by inserting a resistance in series with a part indicating the same voltage irrespective of presence of a load in a series part of two pieces of series type constant-voltage devices. CONSTITUTION:As for operational amplifiers 5, 12, the gain is large and the feedback is applied, therefore, the respective inversion input terminals incline to become the same potential as a reference voltage 6 connected to a non- inversion terminal, and the reference voltage 6 is applied to an object 7 to be measured and a reference object 14 to be measured irrespective of current flowing to the object 7 to be measured and the reference object 14 to be measured. Subsequently, a potential difference between resistances 24 and 23 generated by currents IT, IS flowing to the object 7 to be measured and the reference object 14 to be measured is inputted to a comparator 15. By monitoring an output of this comparator 15, the object 7 to be measured can be easily devised by the same terminal voltage by means of the magnitude based on the current of the reference object 14 to be measured as a reference.
