PURPOSE:To constitute the title film so that it is transparent, flexible, superior in gas barrier properties and wear resistance and does not deteriorate its characteristics even under a high temperature, by a method wherein two or more transparent gas barrier property films obtained by performing spattering of a metallic oxide layer of a specific metal over at least one side of a base body composed of a plastic film are laminated through an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:Base bodies 1, 5 composed of a plastic film are materials obtained by performing melting or melting and extruding of polyolefin or a polyester fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer. It is preferable that the whole light transmittance in white light is 40% or higher in relation to light transmittance and it is good that a widely known additive agent such as a coloring agent is added within this range. The title film is made into one where generation of flaws or pin holes is reduced and gas barrier properties are excellent, by a method wherein at least metallic oxides 2, 4 of a kind of metal selected out of a group composed of In, Sn, Zn, Zr and Ti are spattered over at least one side of the base body like this, two or more sheets of which are stuck for lamination.
