<p>PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently perform the changing work of a die by a hoist crane, etc., in the case of fitting and removing a die by making the die vice upper part a continuously opening type and with the mechanism capable of press-fitting a blowing head to the die vice upper face only at the time of blowing down a molding sand. CONSTITUTION:An assembly body 1 is opened and closed by an opening and closing cylinder 3. A core is taken out by transferring a molding mold onto a conveyor unloader 4 by making a movable side die downwards by a downward cylinder 3. A sand feeding tank 5 and blowing head 6 are connected by a flexible piping 15 of large bore and pressurized by inputting sand and the air of continuously blowing pressure. The blowing head 6, press-fitting cylinder 7 and blowing shutter cylinder 8 are moved by a swing cylinder 9 to the die upper part. The sand is then blown into the die by opening the shutter by the actuation of the blowing shutter cylinder 8 by press-fitting the blowing head 6 to the die with the press-fitting cylinder 7 to execute a mold molding.</p> |
