发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SHEET MATERIAL FOR BUILDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture a sheet material for building having excellent moisture permeability, wind-proof properties and water proof properties, by a method wherein fine holes are formed by stretching a thermoplastic resin film compounded with an inorganic filler of specific particle diameter, and this fine porous film is laminated to a sheet base material having permeability such as cloth or paper. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic filler to be used is a powdery inorganic material which, for example, is powder of the inorganic material dispersible into polyolefin such as calcium carbonate and a particle diameter of the same falls within a range of a mean effective particle diameter of 0.01-30mu. Thermoplastic synthetic resin means the polyolefin. Preferably 5-500 pts. wt. to 100 pts. wt. polyolefin resin is used as an additive compounding quantity of the inorganic filler. Stretching may be performed by dividing the same into multiple stages or stretching in the direction of two axes or more. In case of biaxially stretching, simultaneous biaxially stretching is preferable. A film B obtained in this manner possesses a high opening rate and possesses hole diameter of 0.05-5mu. To make the thermoplastic synthetic resin film B with which the inorganic filler has been compounded into a useful windbreak material for building the same is joined with a sheet material A becoming the base material. As joining means, an adhesive agent or sticking agent is employed.
