PURPOSE:To make maintenance unnecessary, eliminate a driving unit and realize the air conditioning of a house without any noise and vibration, by a method wherein an ionic wind device, constituted of a discharging electrode and counter electrodes thereto, is provided in a duct device connecting garret to underfloor. CONSTITUTION:Ionized air devices 5, 5' are provided in the intermediate part of ducts 3, 3'. Filters 6, 6' are provided at the entrance and exit of the ducts 3, 3' to prevent the abnormal short-circuits of large size dust between the electrodes of the ionic wind devices. When the anode 7 of a wire and the flat plate counter electrode 8 of aluminum sheet are provided in a part of the duct and a high voltage of about 17 KV is impressed, corona discharge is generated around the anode 7 and ionic wind is generated from the anode 7 toward the cathode 8. As a result, air is circulated from a garret 1 toward an underfloor 2 through the ducts 3, 3'. The inonic wind is generated by only an electric behavior between both of the electrodes, therefore, there may be no noise and vibration.
