PRINTED COIL FOR MOTOR WITH FG COIL

PURPOSE:To make the whole layer thin, by forming a frequency generating coil of conductive resin through the insulating layer on the surface of a printed coil. CONSTITUTION:A printed coil 9 having a conductor pattern 1 is made by utilizing printed wiring technique. An FG 1 (for frequency generator) coil pattern 1' is formed by printing conductive resin on the produced printed coil 9 through an insulating layer 6. Terminals for FG coils are formed on the surface of an insulating substrate simultaneously when the coil conductor pattern is formed. A printed coil terminal 4 can easily be formed flush with the FG coil terminal 5 by connecting it with the conductive resin 1'' at the end of the FG coil.
