PURPOSE:To sample only a control word on a bus except a data by detecting the data added with a SYNC code as the code word when the said data appears on the bus so as to command the permission of bus data fetching. CONSTITUTION:If the data added with the SYNC code appears on the bus, the data is detected as the control word and the permission of fetching the bus data is commanded by a SYNC detection section 2, which is provided together with a memory section 4. Moreover, a memory control section 3 is provided, which stores the control word to the memory section 4 and gives a command of reading the stored control word when the sampling is commanded from the setting section 1 and the permission of bus data fetch is commanded from the SYNC detection section 2, and a display section 5 is provided, which displays the control word read from the memory section 4. Thus, only the control word is sampled while excluding the data in the bus of the token passing system.
