PURPOSE:To collect a normality check data for connecting a subscriber to an exchange automatically by sending a special telephone number for a test to a call state management program at the detection of an origination from a subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A dial tone is supplied to a calling subscriber when the origina tion from the subscriber is detected. Then the calling state is formed simulatorly by a telephone set for the test and a call state management program 10 receiv ing a special telephone number for test via a channel state management program 14 discriminates the call to be a test call, reads a storage area index data in a main storage device MM and stores subscriber information stored in a call control memory block 12 to a backup memory FM. Thus, the subscriber information is collected sequentially and since a subscriber allocated position and telephone number are included in the subscriber information, the decision of connection of each subscriber is attained.
