PURPOSE:To form uniform edge preparation on a circumference by furnishing a fixing member to fix a stationary shaft to a work whereon edge preparation is to be made, a rotary member fitted on the stationary shaft, and an air tool and cutter supported with possibility of angle change with respect to the stationary shaft. CONSTITUTION:Upon loosening a bolt 17, a support plate 13b is swung, and after an air tool 18 is adjusted to a specified angle, a stationary shaft 7 is inserted into a pipe 3 from the a dia. enlarging member 8 side. Then a nut 9a is fastened, and a truncated cone member 9c is moved toward the dia. enlarging member 8, and the stationary shaft 7 is fixed to the pipe 3 by widening the dia. enlarging member 8. This allows easy removal of defects compared with conventional arrangement, and uniform edge preparation is formed on the circumference. |
