PURPOSE:To automatize the voice recording by providing a ring tone detector detecting a ring tone from a telephone circuit and a recording controller controlling a telephone circuit control circuit, a guiding means, a speech recognizing device, and a recorder by a signal from the ring tone detector. CONSTITUTION:When a caller makes a phone call, the ring tone from a telephone circuit 1 is detected by the ring tone detector 3, the recording controller 9 controls the telephone circuit control circuit 2, the guiding means 5, the speech recognizing device 7 and the recorder 8, and the voice from the caller attended with the guidance of the guiding means 5 is amplified by an amplifier 4 and recorded by the recorder 8 and when the end of call is confirmed by the speech recognizing device 9, the recording controller 9 interrupts the telephone circuit control circuit 2 to stop the recording. Thus, the voice is recorded automatically.
