PURPOSE:To improve productivity and ensure labor saving by nearing and drooping the shaft made of ferromagnetic material above a hole, and then arranging a magnet under the hole for attracting the shaft to the hole by the magnetic force so as to perform the easy and sure alignment. CONSTITUTION:A valve 5 is hung by the claw 6 of a valve inserting machine 4 so that the lower end of a valve shaft portion 5b approaches the upper end of a valve guide 2, and the magnetic line is equally distributed around a center shaft from the upper portion of the value guide 2 to the upper end of a magnet 8 so as to attract the valve made of ferromagnetic material to the valve guide. Since the valve 5 hung by the claw 6 is set to be easily movable, it is possible to effectively produce the attracting force. The alignment is finished after the elapse of a constant time and the valve shaft 5b is pushed into the hole of the valve guide 2 by a pushing piece 7, thus the assembly to a cylinder head 1 is finished. Therefore, it is possible to effectively perform an easy and sure alignment so as to improve the productivity and ensure labor saving. |
